The key to every Act On It message is the "Message Type". Message Types control the content, design, delivery, and available actions. 



Creating a Message Type is quick, easy, and fun!


  • Open the Act On It Lightning app and go to the "Message Types" tab.
  • Click "New" to begin building an alert.
  • Customize the content, design, delivery, and actions by toggling through the tabs.
  • Send a test alert to see your new Message Type in action!


You can then automate the delivery of your message using flow or Act On It's very own automation builder.
