Close and Recover Messages

Once you've acted on a notification, you can close it to keep your inbox tidy. Closed messages aren’t lost—they're stored in a recycle bin, sorted by the close date. You can recover any closed message, which will then reappear at the top of your inbox. This feature helps in maintaining an organized workspace while ensuring no important information is permanently lost.
