Each notification can be paired with custom actions, tailored to your specific needs. These actions, set up by your admin, might include sending pre-formatted emails, updating related records, or initiating approval processes. For example, a sales notification might have a "Schedule Follow-up Call" action, allowing you to set up a meeting directly from the inbox. Or a task notification might have actions to reschedule, edit or mark as complete.

On mobile, the same actions are accessible right in your pocket. Simply press and hold any message to open your action list, or tap Open Full Message to access actions from the AOI message landing page.
