Message Deletion Settings

Control if, how and when messages of this type are deleted. Salesforce remains an expensive place to store data and messages can build over time. Act On It has a data management solution to automatically archive messages after a globally defined retention period. This enables you to override the global settings:

• Never Delete - Messages of this type will never be deleted by Act On It's Data Management solution.
• Delete After X Days - Messages will be retained for the defined retention period, regardless of the global settings.
• Inherit Global Default - Messages will be deleted inline with the globally defined retention settings.
