Enable External App Notifications
Expand reach by routing alerts to collaboration tools like:
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
- Custom applications
Callouts integrate Act On It with outside platforms. Recipients gain visibility into important activity without checking Salesforce.
To enable:
- Select expected apps from available callout list
- Confirm selections
Don't see an integration you were expecting?
Admins can develop custom callouts to additional services including:
- Voice and SMS providers
- Instant messaging apps
- Internal webhooks
- IoT platforms
If a connection should be available but isn't, check with an administrator to review configuration.
