Configure Message Interactivity

Customize how users can engage with messages. All interactions are tracked for reporting.

  • Closing – Allow recipients to close the message. The alternative is to let it expire based on timeout settings.
  • Snoozing – Let users resurface messages after a selected time period passes. Useful for reminders.
  • Record Preview – Display key details from related records directly in the message for quick context.
  • View Record – Add a button enabling users to click through to view full related records (alerts only). You can also choose whether to automatically close the inbox and/or message when you click through to the record.
  • View Notification Recipients - Enable users to see who was notified, when, and their notification status (unread, snoozed, closed). This helps the user track if others have seen or acted, making follow-ups easier.
  • Give Feedback - Enable the user to provide feedback on the notification's usefulness, timeliness and actionability to inform your notification strategy.
  • Manage Preferences – Enable users to personalize the methods of delivery to match their individual preferences (alerts only).
  • Opt Out - Include option to stop receiving messages of this type.
