2. Can I use Act On It with Salesforce Flow?

Absolutely! Act On It includes a purpose-built Notification Builder that allows you to create smart notifications in minutes—even your trusted Super Users can easily build notifications for themselves and their teams.

If your business has unique requirements, you can publish Act On It notifications with Salesforce Flow and still enjoy multi-channel delivery, feature settings, quick actions, and analytics.

3. What’s included in the free version?

All features of Act On It are available in the free version for up to 20 users.

This gives you the freedom to build use cases and prove the value of Act On It at your own pace—without any cost or commitment.

If you want to extend access to additional users, we can help you upgrade to the paid version without losing any of your customizations.

4. What is the cost to upgrade?

You can find our detailed pricing information here.

We offer discounts for non-profits, larger organizations (with bigger orders), and longer-term commitments. Contact us with any questions, and we’ll be happy to support you.

5. Does Act On It use Platform Events?

We understand that large businesses are often concerned about platform event limits in Salesforce. The good news is that Act On It does not contribute to the concurrent subscriber limit for empAPI.

While our solution was initially inspired by platform events, we re-architected the app to avoid relying on them. This means businesses can benefit from efficient notification delivery without worrying about additional Salesforce costs.

Admins can also choose from multiple delivery methods when setting up new notification types to ensure the most suitable approach for their organization.

6. Is our data secure?

Yes—your data is safe. Act On It is a natively built Salesforce app, meaning we never access or see your data unless you explicitly provide us access for support purposes. In those cases, we follow Salesforce’s security policies as part of our Partner Agreement.

Our app has passed Salesforce’s security review, addressing all identified vulnerabilities. It conforms to Salesforce’s security and sharing model to maintain the highest data protection standards.
