Act On It

Release Version 4.48

We are excited to announce the release of Version 4.48, which brings several enhancements and fixes to improve your experience. Below is a summary of the key updates:

Notification Group Recipients Enhancement

Previously, only direct members of a queue or group would receive notifications when the queue or group was notified. With this update, Act On It now traverses group hierarchies to identify target users, ensuring that all relevant members are notified. Customers can control the maximum depth Act On It will traverse.

Recycle Bin Retention Settings

You can now choose how long closed messages remain in the recycle bin via the new component setting: Recycle Bin Retention Period. This allows for better management of your message lifecycle.

Inbox Mute Feature Alteration

Changes have been made to the inbox mute feature. When the inbox is muted, it will no longer highlight, ensuring the user is not disrupted. Notifications will be delivered silently, as indicated by the message count in the footer.

Design Change: Inbox Button Actions Padding

Padding has been added to inbox button actions to prevent mistakenly selecting the wrong actions, enhancing user experience and reducing errors.

Upgraded API Versions

API versions have been upgraded to support newer Salesforce objects, such as Incidents, ensuring compatibility and access to the latest features.

Bug Fix: Event Timeline Actions Display

The Event Timeline's close and snooze actions now display in color, resolving a previous issue and improving visual clarity.
