Minutely Notifications for Lightning-Fast Responses
You can now schedule time-based notifications to run every minute! Previously, the highest frequency was every 5 minutes—but with this upgrade, you gain unmatched flexibility to trigger precise, time-sensitive alerts.
This is ideal for high-priority scenarios where seconds matter.
Example: Send an alert when a customer has been waiting in a live chat queue for over a minute—ensuring your team can respond faster and elevate the customer experience.
With minutely notifications, your system becomes even more responsive, dynamic, and aligned with real-time needs.
A Smarter Experience for Non-App Users
We know not all users interact with the app the same way. Some are active app users, while others are not—but they may still share the same environment.
To improve clarity and minimize distraction, we now automatically minimize the Act On It inbox for users who are not actively using the app. This keeps the interface clean and compact for those users, without removing functionality for those who need it.

Note: For this behavior to apply, non-app users must still have the Act On It Standard User permission set assigned. This ensures the component loads correctly and the minimization logic is applied.
It’s a small change that brings big improvements to usability and interface focus.
