Here's how to enable your org for Act On It mobile push notifications via the standard Salesforce mobile app and/or Field Service mobile app. Once enabled, you will be able to turn any Act On It alert into a mobile push notification with a single click:

The standard Salesforce mobile app supports push notifications for most editions and license types. 

To enable for iOS and Android:

Navigate to Setup > Notification Builder > Notification Delivery Settings

1. Scroll to "ActOnIt Mobile Alerts"

2. Click the dropdown arrow to the right and select Edit

3. Under Applications, check the boxes for:

• Salesforce for iOS
• Salesforce for Android

If you use Field Service Lightning, repeat these steps for the Field Service Mobile app

1. Scroll to "ActOnIt FSL Mobile Alerts"

2. Click the dropdown arrow to the right and select Edit

3. Under Applications, check the boxes for:

• Salesforce Field Service for iOS
• Salesforce Field Service for Android

Click "Save"
