Message Actions turn notifications into a starting point for getting things done. Instead of navigating away to act on an alert, recipients can complete common tasks directly from the message with a single click.

Each message type supports up to 15 custom actions. Actions can be configured to:
Admins and developers can build custom actions to support specific business processes.
Search for actions using the search bar, select from the available list, and click Confirm Selections to add them to the message type.

By default, custom actions are added to the action menu and accessible from the dropdown on each message. You can promote any action to a primary action by clicking its badge β this moves it into the message body, visible on hover, so the most important actions are always one click away.
