Act On It enables you to track every alert, notification, prompt and message sent to your users in real-time. You can monitor who was notified, when, the actions taken in response, and the response times. From the Sent Messages tab you'll find a record of every message displayed or delivered to your users via one of Act On It's unique messaging channels:

Each message record contains details such as:

  • The recipient.
  • Delivery status.
  • Timestamp of when the message was displayed/delivered.
  • If and how users responded.
