β° Queued Messages
The Queued Messages tab stores all scheduled alert messages pending distribution.

Each entry represents a message that will be sent or was already sent at a designated date/time. Common examples include:
Snoozed Messages:
- Users can hit "Snooze" to clear a notification from their inbox
- The message is queued to redeliver after X minutes
Scheduled Messages:
- Admins can configure messages to distribute on a set calendar schedule
- Entries queue until the next scheduled delivery time
The queue provides visibility into pending communications. It enables monitoring delivery success rates over time when combined with sent message reporting.
