π Opt Outs
When enabled in message type settings, users can opt out of alerts.

This creates a record capturing:
- The user who opted out.
- The specific message type.
- The opt out date and time.
The Opt Outs tab tracks users who have chosen not to receive certain message types.

Users only opt out of the one specified type. Other message flows are unaffected.
To opt a user back in:
- Navigate to the Message Opt Outs tab.
- Delete the record for the user/message combo.
This removes their opt out status so they resume receiving those alert types. Use this tab to monitor and respect user preferences over time. Message types allow precision control vs. blocking all Act On It communications.
