The Test & Training Utility allows you to publish on-demand alert messages for two purposes:

1. Testing New Configurations

• Validate new messages and actions pre-launch
• Use real records to simulate live data scenarios

2. User Training

• Demonstrate sample alerts for pilots/rollouts
• Familiarize teams with upcoming changes

To generate test messages:

1. Open the utility.
2. Select a message type.
3. Choose a related record.
4. Customize message details.
5. Click "Fire Test Message".

Published alerts will be delivered to you via your chosen delivery methods.

This utility allows controlled, on-demand distribution without impacting workflows. Use it for testing, learning, training, and other initiatives requiring realistic sample data.
