The Home tab gives admins and super users a quick view of what’s happening in Act On It.
When you first open the app, you’ll see a short overview and links to key areas.
Closing the overview reveals a high-level dashboard showing how messages are being delivered and responded to.

You can use the Message Publish Date filter to focus on specific time periods and adjust tables or charts as needed.
The dashboard and underlying reports live in the ActOnIt report folders.
If these are not visible, make sure the folders are shared with your super user team so they can access and explore the data.
This view gives you a simple way to monitor notification effectiveness over time.
If messages are being missed or ignored, you can drill into the reports to understand where attention is dropping off and adjust alerts accordingly.
